February/2022 Now the place looks more clean and tidy. The quartermaster does a good job and is constantly seen going around the floors to see where he is occupied. Still having the same problems I had last year. People gather at the entrance, and the shift allows people to pass who are going to pay for a service or preferentially over the shift for clarifications or collections at the window: the staff rotates a lot on shift or constantly leaves their occupation. The windows are almost always occupied 3 and one of them only attends certain special cases. August/2021 The null management that the staff has for those who go to the window is terrible: and whatever excuse they make, this is always, with or without covid. A girl from the staff, on Friday, August 7 at 12 PM, is supposed to be giving permission to whoever comes in to take a turn to have a supposed control, but no: there is no law here. Just the girl catches flies and people take the opportunity to get in to take their turn skipping the line of people that we have 20 min formed. And the line? Fine, thanks. Everyone as if nothing, nothing happened here. When you complain to the employees (who are paid to do that work) they tell you that you must be aware of who gets involved because "there is little staff." Then you realize that a girl who entered after you is being served at the window without being told to speak on the screen. And as if that weren't enough at the entrance they don't even ask you what you're coming for, then you go to the window to be told that first you have to go to the cashier, make another line and then to the executive and then there with them. We are not for this nonsense, Bancomer, the truth. These are difficult times and now is when they must put more effort as a pillar of a society, not less.
