Te dicen que ya solucionaron tu problema y no es así por lo que debes dar mas vueltas a la sucursal, como si nos encantara verles las caras a los ejecutivos. Esperas mucho para que nadie te pueda ayudar. Pero eso si para vender tarjetas de crédito están buenos. No recomiendo esta sucursal y ni el banco porque la atención por teléfono también es pésima, no se para que tienen una linea de atención telefónica al cliente si siempre te van a canalizar a la sucursal.
