J	Jaime Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funciona bien a secas, servicio de cajas y los cajeros automáticos funcionan bien, pero como todo en la banca moderna no quieren solucionarte problemas que puedan solucionarse via teléfono o internet, así que acceder a un ejecutivo es casi VIP. Hay mucha menos gente que la otra sucursal en Juriquilla, o por lo menos circula más rápido. El estacionamiento grande y gratis la hace muy cómoda, esta sucursal está mas fresca que la otra en Juriquilla, le pega menos el sol. It just works well, cashier service and ATMs work well, but like everything in modern banking they don't want to solve problems that can be solved via phone or internet, so accessing an executive is almost VIP. There are much less people than the other branch in Juriquilla, or at least it circulates faster. The large and free parking makes it very comfortable, this branch is cooler than the other in Juriquilla, the sun hits it less.

Terrible service, they attend quickly but they do not solve anything despotic personnel and they only do the simulation with the sanitary control to avoid COVID 19, they no longer offer antibacterial alcohol and the mat has no liquid, but in general a Bank that I do not recommend at all .

Las veces que he ido, solamente había uno atendiendo que duró más de una hora con una persona y los otros dos se la pasaban paseándose por la sucursal y entrando y saliendo. Desafortunadamente por mi trabajo me tocó caer a este banco pero detesto tener que hacer cualquier cosa que me haga ir a la sucursal Terrible service. Me fui a la sucursal de Antea y la atención fue excelente, en menos de 15 minutos ya tenia mi cuenta. Bad customer service. I wanted to open an account and they did not give me the correct attention.
