M	MARIA REYES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos no atienden, siempre están en sus celulares o en la parte de adentro, nunca te dan un número para pasar con ellos simplemente tienes que esperar a que se les antoje llamarte, no recomendaría el servicio en este banco mas de 2 horas en espera y no atienden

N	NANCY LORENA MALAGON ABARCA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este banco lo que necesitas llevar es mucha paciencia, ya que solo cuenta con 5 cajas y 4 cajeros, (pero en realidad solo sirven 3 por que los cajeros se van rolando el turno para ir a desayunar, entonces solo atienden 3 mientras 1 se dedica a comer) sin importarles la atencion al cliente y mucho menos el sentido de urgencia. Al llegar aqui como ya comente minimo necesitas contar con dos horas para realizar un solo deposito. Es decir para dejar tu dinero en sus manos, 2 horas. Desconozco por que Bancomer no crea otra sucursal. Fue de todo la instalación está bien céntrica limpia y con un personal amable. Los cajeros electrónicos son una buena idea pero hace falta especificar y enseñar a los usuarios que clase de operaciones se pueden hacer para evitar formarse a lo tonto. Tarda mucho en hacer trámites a comparación de otros bancos donde solo te tardas hasta 1 minuto en realizar un depósito, la touch de las pantallas es súper lento. Al parecer el equipó que traen a esta sucursal es viejo y probablemente lo traen desde otras cedes. Sin embargo, a nivel nacional las campañas de marketing y publicidad dan la imagen del banco de otra forma.
