★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iba a cambiar mi nómina a su banco y solicitar una tarjeta de crédito, el asesor prefirió pasar una hora platicando de temas personales con supongo un conocido suyo que atenderme y aún siendo la única en espera se atrevieron a pedirme una disculpa cuando decidí irme porque estaban saturados de trabajo.
Pésima atención al cliente.
I was going to change my payroll to their bank and request a credit card, the advisor preferred to spend an hour talking about personal issues with I suppose an acquaintance of his than to attend to me and even though I was the only one on hold, they dared to apologize when I decided to leave because they were saturated with work.
Terrible customer service.
