Pésimo servicio, para empezar abren tarde, 10:00 de la mañana cuando en internet dice que abren desde las 8:30 , y todavía el personal tiene pésima actitud, es una monserga está sucursal.

Horrible y pésima la atención del personal que esta en la entrada "asesores digitales", todavía de que no saben resolver el problema se la pasan platicando, pero no fuera que uno va a tramitar una tarjeta de crédito, un seguro o un préstamo porque ahí si te atienden en bandeja de oro. El cajero se trago mi dinero y ahora salen con que no me darán reenbolso. De las peores sucursales.

Muy mala experiencia todos se la pasan cotorreando, yo creo que es bueno que pasen ameno el trabajo, pero prefieren cotorrear que atender a los clientes son filas enormes y la atención es muy lenta, hay muchas personas que tenemos cosas que hacer. Para que me comunico a Twitter el mal ratote ya lo pase no me van a compensar

Pésimo servicio, tarde 1 1/2 en entrar y ya una vez adentro 20 minutos, deberían de dar el turno desde q uno está formado afuera para q les cuente el tiempo de atención, no se vale q no tengan tanto tiempo esperando a uno q tiene el tiempo contado y no tienen la sensibilidad d tratarte con educación...

El primer filtro que te recibe no tiene la información necesaria para atender. Vas por un producto y se aferran a que te conviene otro. Pésima la ética de los trabajadores, tienes que ir muy preparada en información para que no te vean la cara. Si necesitan algo vayan a sucursales en plazas comerciales grandes e informence para que no les den productos que no pidieron. Mi papá fue al día siguiente de la porquería que le dieron y no lo quisieron atender. ???

Pésimo servicio en BBVA soy muy pero muy lentos lo que le sigue, no tienen un orden de turno, muy mala la instalación personal de recepción no preparado. Les preguntas algo y no saben que decirte. Todo esta pésimo te atienden pésimo. No hay un buen trato siento que les toman el pelo al cliente por que no somos bien atendidos en cuestión de nuestro tiempo. Y hablando del los turnos a mi toco el D 966 llevaba una hora y media y las personas que iban llegando pasaban y habia personas que llavaban 2hrs y no les tocaba el turno es pésimo el orden.

Pésimo servicio. Su ticket con el tiempo estimado no sirve para nada. Tiempo en ticket 14 minutos, espere 1 hora y no llego mi turno. Hay una ejecutiva que se la pasa chapoteando y hablando por celular y no atiende a clientes. Mejor busca otra opción.
