Mala atención. Me atendieron como un oxxo, esperar media hora para que me digan mi compañera te atiende y me deja igual. Deben seguir un orden . La gente da de su tiempo esperando, creo deben respetar ese tiempo y no pasar solo a los que ellos les parece mejor.
Bad attention. They treated me like an oxxo, waiting half an hour for them to tell me my partner attends you and leaves me the same. They must follow an order. People give of their time waiting, I think they should respect that time and not spend only to those who seem best to them.

No se para que te dan turno si lo ignoran o pasaron dos personas antes que yo llegaron después delos use saber y y respuesta fue ya ahorita pasas que mal trato por parte de los empleados

1 hora y 30min para que un cliente pase a atención a clientes, 30 min a cajas. No creo que solo tengan 1 ejecutivo y se tarde 1 hora con 30min para atender a alguien y lo mismo para las cajas. Se debe mejorar mucho la velocidad del servicio.
1 hour and 30 min for a customer to go to customer service, 30 min to checkouts. I don't think they only have 1 executive and it takes 1 hour 30min to attend to someone and the same for the boxes. The speed of the service needs to be greatly improved.

Yo hice un pago en practicaja y me indicaba que no podía imprimir tiques y que me enviaría el comprobante por correo y llevo más de 24 horas esperando y no me ha llegado nada más que una publicidad suya

Muy lentos y pésima organización. Llegué 2:30 para ver el tema de apertura de cuenta de debito y me pasaron a banco hasta las 4 pm (cerraron las puertas detrás de mi pese a que hubo gente que llegó a formarse antes de las 4:00 pm) Cuando me pasaron (a las 4 pm) contándome a mi, había 6 personas en sala de espera siendo que caben 24 respetando el dejar un asiento en blanco. Me preguntaron cómo 5 veces mientras estaba formada a que iba (3 chicos distintos que trabajan ahí) y dos veces me pidieron mi INE. Lo que deja en claro que NO hay comunicación clara adentro ni organizacion para dar una atención más eficiente. No recomiendo ir. Los cajeros son rápidos pero para atención en banco es mejor que vayan a otras sucursales. Me dejó decepcionada. Sabía que iba a tardar pero esperaba que era por la cantidad de gente, no por la forma en que pasan a la gente. Y adicionalmente: me dieron mi tarjeta pero NO me dijeron que necesitan dar de alta mi cuenta en la app móvil porque las nuevas tarjetas no tienen cvv ni datos en el plástico. Llame para pedir información y me dicen que tengo que ir a sucursal para que me ayuden con eso. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA.
Very slow and poor organization. I arrived at 2:30 to see the issue of opening a debit account and they took me to the bank until 4 pm (the doors were closed behind me despite the fact that there were people who came to line up before 4:00 pm) When they passed me (at 4 pm) telling me, there were 6 people in the waiting room, with room for 24, respecting leaving a blank seat. They asked me 5 times while I was in line what I was going to (3 different guys who work there) and twice they asked me for my INE. Which makes it clear that there is NO clear communication inside or organization to provide more efficient care. I don't recommend going. The ATMs are fast, but for bank services it is better to go to other branches. It left me disappointed. I knew it was going to take a while but I hoped it was because of the amount of people, not because of the way they pass people. And additionally: they gave me my card but they did NOT tell me that they need to register my account in the mobile app because the new cards do not have cvv or data on the plastic. I called to ask for information and they tell me that I have to go to the branch so they can help me with that. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Algo ha cambiado, pues en esta sucursal, no hay buena organización, ni trato. Algunas personas mañosas, entren sin formarse, mientras los jóvencitos que están para ayudar descuidan a las personas que si se forman. Un trámite de 5min, puedo tardar hasta 1 hora o más. Si te quejas, a propósito te ignoran, y otra chica muy joven que está para atenderte, te da un pésimo trata. Yo lo pienso seriamente, si en esto será en cada visita, pues mejor cambio. Pues eso me hace dudar de sus servicios. Pues me hace dudar de su capacidad. Si eso fue a unos minutos de abrir, no me quiero imaginar que será a las horas pico. De verdad, prefiero otro cambiar.

Some crafty people enter without forming, while the young people who are there to help neglect the people who do form. A procedure of 5min, can take up to 1 hour or more. If you complain, they ignore you on purpose, and another very young girl who is there to serve you, gives you a lousy treatment. I seriously think about it, if this will be in each visit, then better change. Well that makes me doubt your services. Well, it makes me doubt his ability. If that was within a few minutes of opening, I don't want to imagine that it would be during peak hours. Really, I prefer another change.
