Se atoro el dinero en la practicaja y no terminó la operación para depositar 10,000 por lo que se le avisó al personal del Banco BBVA pero después de 1 hora en espera, dijeron que solamente había 9,000 y que le hiciera cómo quisiera. Así que se reportó a Corporativo a ver que solución da. Rude staff and just friendly at first. The money was jammed in the practice and the operation did not finish to deposit 10,000, so the BBVA Bank staff was notified but after 1 hour of waiting, they said that there were only 9,000 and that they should do what they wanted. So he reported to Corporate to see what solution he could give.
