★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una gran cantidad de cajeros en los cuales puedes retirar efectivo al igual que hacer depósitos, transferencias y unas opciones más, esto agiliza en general la visita al banco.
They have a large number of ATMs in which you can withdraw cash as well as make deposits, transfers and some other options, this generally speeds up the visit to the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco, estuve en trámites más de un año para que me dijeran que empezara de nuevo en otra sucursal. Llegue a esperar más de 2 hrs a que me atendieran.
Los ejecutivos son prepotentes y no les importa ayudar a los clientes.
Lousy bank, I was in proceedings for more than a year to be told to start again at another branch. I got to wait more than 2 hours to be treated.
Executives are arrogant and do not mind helping customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La srta cajera terrible ( pelo corto, mal humor) lo único rescatable el chico de la entrada ayudando mucho y la ejecutivo de venta de cabello rubio-castaño. De ahí pasamos ratisimo esperando decía 26 min de espera pero fue muchooo mas. Había un chico con capacidades diferentes que no era atendido propiamente hasta que una sra se fue directo con el director para que le dieran atención al joven. Visite dos días seguidos y fue lo mismo, en distintos horarios. Que triste pues Bancomer es una gran empresa en general y en este caso la sucursal es bastante deficiente.
Terrible service. Miss cashier terrible (short hair, bad mood) the only rescued the guy at the entrance helping a lot and the executive selling blond-brown hair. From there we spent a lot of time waiting, said 26 minutes of waiting but it was much more. There was a boy with different abilities who was not properly treated until a lady went straight to the director to give attention to the young man. Visit two days in a row and it was the same, at different times. How sad because Bancomer is a large company in general and in this case the branch is quite deficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente el día de hoy pase a ventanilla con dos colaboradores de este banco, ambos me causaron una terrible impresión con su manera de dirigirse, no podre dar los nombres pues no tenían su respectivo gafete, no es culpa del cliente que ellos estén de mal humor, con una actitud prepotente y servicio nefasto.
No volveré a ir a ese banco jamás, espero y tomen las medidas necesarias para resolver esta situación puesto que solo causa una mala imagen a la empresa y me parece tan extraño que los colaboradores de ese banco tengan ese tipo de actitudes pues las demás sucursales son excelentes con el trato al cliente
Terrible customer service today I went to the window with two collaborators of this bank, both of them made a terrible impression on me with their way of addressing them, I will not be able to give the names because they did not have their respective badge, it is not the fault of the client that they are grumpy, pushy attitude and nefarious service.
I will never go to that bank again, I hope and they take the necessary measures to resolve this situation since it only causes a bad image to the company and it seems so strange to me that the employees of that bank have that type of attitudes because the other branches are excellent with customer service
