The cashier's line for cash deposit is huge and they always put an "edecan" that does NOT allow entry to the branch, where there is no line. What's wrong with them: / ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay una fila muy larga para los cajeros ATM y para las practi-cajas.
Los empleados son amables y te orientan de forma adecuada.
Único detalle: La sucursal aún no cuenta con sistema de turnos por lo que hay que hacer fila para poder pasar a ventanillas. La fila de Clientes BBVA avanza mucho más rápido que la general, así que puedes pasar un rato ahí
There is a very long line for the ATMs and for the practical boxes.
The employees are friendly and guide you properly.
Only detail: The branch does not yet have a shift system so you have to queue to go to the windows. The BBVA Clients row progresses much faster than the general one, so you can spend some time there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera darle una calificación negativa, se la daba. El servicio es extremadamente lento e ineficiente. Para hacer un trámite me pidieron pasar por tres filas distintas. Para aperturar una simple cuenta, tardaron 6 horas. Además, muchas personas con discapacidad tienen que estar esperando tiempos extremos en malas condiciones para hacer un simple trámite.
If I could give you a negative rating, I would give it to you. The service is extremely slow and inefficient. To do a procedure they asked me to go through three different lines. To open a simple account, it took 6 hours. In addition, many people with disabilities have to wait for extreme times in poor conditions to complete a simple procedure.
