Jamás fui atendido. Solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo. Necesitaba atención de uno de sus ejecutivos, la señorita me dio un turno para cajas, sabiendo que necesitaba la ayuda de un ejecutivo. Me dieron otro turno cuando me queje pero no iba a esperar otras dos hora.

Las mujeres que te dan el ticket del turno son bien despotas, yo pase a ventanilla y me dijeron que tenía que pasar con un ejecutivo y las señoritas no querían darme un turno para ejecutivo, pues al final me lo dio por que el de la ventanilla le hizo señas y accedió a darme el turno pero en cuanto me lo dio me dijo que tenía que darle para el chesco, la siguiente vez fui y me formé para pasar a ventanilla e igual paso bueno pues me tocó salir a hacer fila para pasar con un ejecutivo, cuando estaba esperando llego una señora muy fufurufa y pasó directamente a que le solucionaran su problema, siento que tenemos que ser parejos con todo ser humano por qué merecemos respeto, cabe destacar que la señora no tenía alguna discapacidad o algo por el estilo. Se las señalo si se necesita.

Hay dos chicas chaparritas cabello castaño largo, que están en la entrada una es más amable que la otra te ayuda te resuelve y la otra te mira de arriba abajo y te contesta muy desagradable. Los cajeros son muy antipáticos , ¿Porque creen que trabajar de cajero de banco van a tener actitudes soberbias? Pésima experiencia en todos los sentidos, el tiempo de espera es excesivo e innecesario, me tocó el turno B316 cuando atendían el turno B311 con un tiempo de espera de 29 minutos que se convirtieron en 40, a pesar de que los turnos anteriores ni pasaban. Al final la espera fue en vano y no me solucionaran nada, por falta de empatía y ganas de trabajar. Si tienen que acudir recomiendo vayan preparados para perder mucho tiempo, porque en esa hora me toco ver mucha gente que fue al banco en vano y muy mal asesorada.
