★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, ojalá los ejecutivos de BBVA le hicieran una evaluación a esta sucursal, pues la directora es muy poco profesional y por ende todos sus colaboradores unas personas mezquinas con mal genio y poco tolerantes, sienten que son lo mejor de lo mejor, casi 2 hrs por un turno que estaba a dos más.
Terrible attention, I wish BBVA executives made an evaluation of this branch, as the director is very unprofessional and therefore all her collaborators are mean-spirited and short-tempered people, they feel that they are the best of the best, almost 2 hrs for a shift that was two more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bastante tranquilo, no hay muchos clientes, por lo que el tiempo de espera es corto, las cajeras muy amables, te toman la temperatura y te dan gel, se concerva la sana distancia y tiene los a cientos de espera marcados en cual te puedes sentar antes de ser atendido. Muy bien.
It is quite quiet, there are not many customers, so the waiting time is short, the cashiers are very friendly, they take your temperature and give you gel, the healthy distance is preserved and there are hundreds of waiting times marked in which you can sit before being cared for. Very good.
