Quise realizar un deposito en uno de sus cajeros marco error y no me regreso.el.dinero, en sucursal no me dieron solución tuve que hablar levante aclaración salió a mi favor pero en sucursal me estas reteniendo el dinero que porque no encuentran el cheque Terrible service!! Era la primera en la fila y pasaron a los demás que estaban tras de mi , yo solo venía por una actualización de datos que no tarda más de 10 min , pero pasaron a 5 personas delante de mi , por su mala organización ! Muy pésimo servicio Terrible customer service !!! Parece como si solo tuvieran un solo ejecutivo. Excellent cashier and windows. Executive service sucks! 1 hour and a half being first in line and nothing. It seems like they only have a single executive.

Luego estos simpáticos emojis pegados en el pavimento y otro más que dice: Haz tus operaciones desde casa. Y si no se puede, porque ellos te han bloqueado la app? Bueno, tienes que venir con tu cencerro. Bienvenido a Bancomer. Una banca para borregos. Welcome to this horrible bank where they treat you like cattle, more than an hour to attend to 14 people, 7 enter every half hour and until they attend to all of them they go to those who are outside, once inside, empty. Then these cute emojis stuck on the pavement and another one that says: Do your operations from home. And if you can't, why have they blocked the app? Well, you have to come with your cowbell.
