★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo.. Tardan siglos para ser atendidos po los '' ejecutivos" a pesar de tener sólo uno dos clientes, me ha tocado esperar más de una hora y media para ser atendido... No ponen los números adecuadamente en las pantallas.

Me mínimo q pongan una carpa. Ya llevamos 45 min en pleno sol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su manejo de filas es pésimo, dan los turnos a su criterio y no respetan el orden de llegada de los usuarios. Me han hecho esperar en varias ocasiones más de 1 hora por su manera de trabajar y es muy frustrante ver qué todas las personas que llegan después de ti son atendidas por su pésimo manejo de las filas.
En lugar de buscar la manera de que los usuarios estén el menor tiempo posible para evitar riesgos de contagio de COVID-19 hacen los contrario. Además de las filas las largas que provocan al exterior.
Their line management is lousy, they give shifts at their discretion and they do not respect the order of arrival of the users. They have made me wait more than 1 hour on several occasions for their way of working and it is very frustrating to see that all the people who come after you are treated for their terrible handling of the lines.
Instead of looking for a way for users to spend as little time as possible to avoid risks of contagion from COVID-19, they do the opposite. In addition to the long lines that lead to the outside.
