★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general estoy satisfecho con BBVA. Con esta sucursal en específico no. Fui por una carta, que ya me habían hablado que estaba en la sucursal. Volví a hablar antes de ir para confirmar que estuviera, y me dicen que sí. Cuando fui, no la encontraban, y escucho que una chava le dice a la otra: "Dile que no tuvimos red y no la pudimos imprimir". Al alegar un poco, me prometieron mandármela por correo. Tuve que dejar copia de credencial. Pero, nunca me la mandaron. Parece que esa carta no me la darán.
Overall I am satisfied with BBVA. With this specific branch no. I went for a letter, which had already told me that I was at the branch. I spoke again before going to confirm that I was there, and they say yes. When I went, they couldn't find her, and I hear that one girl says to the other: "Tell her we didn't have a net and we couldn't print it." ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Desde que llegas, las dos señoritas que están a la entrada se portan groseras, desinteresadas. Malísimo servicio, el personal parece que está enojado. Te hacen esperar más de una hora para un trámite que dura cinco minutos o para recibir la respuesta: "Queda fuera de mis manos ayudarle". Increíble que todavía siga habiendo gente que, en plena pandemia y crisis económica, siga sin valorar su trabajo y a sus clientes.
Terrible attention. Since you arrive, the two young ladies at the entrance have been rude, disinterested. Terrible service, staff seem to be angry. They make you wait more than an hour for a procedure that lasts five minutes or to receive the answer: "It is out of my hands to help you." Incredible that there are still people who, in the midst of a pandemic and economic crisis, still do not value their work and their clients.
