Pesimo Servicio... En lugar de ayudar complican todo... desconocen sus mismos procesos... y uno tiene que llamr a linea Bancomer para que los ejecutivos de la linea "APOYEN" a los ejecutivos en sitio para que asi te atiendan....

Pésimo servicio de las ejecutivas, Hay que tomar turno para que te atiendan, no tienen cliente y tienes que esperar a que las señoritas decidan dejar de platicar para hacerte el enorme favor de atenderte, y todo para que te digan que no pueden abrir una cuenta por que no traes el Curp impreso?. Gente floja incapaz de dar soluciones y opciones para atender a los clientes.

Pesimo servicio, van al baño cada 5 minutos, hablar con un ejecutivo es casi imposible, se la pasan platicando y estamos esperando para poder pasar a hablar con ellos, son las 15:48 y se levanta un ejecutivo con cepillo y pasta de dientes sabiendo que estamos esperando hablar con él para arreglar un problema! Espero tomen cartas en el asunto ya que es un servicio pésimo

Concuerdo con los comentarios que lei, PESIMA atención por parte de los ejecutivos, el gerente no presenta soluciones, parece no tener experiencia para tratar con la gente, como dicen los demas, si estas casi dos horas en fila y al final no te resuelven, no es la marca del banco, son los ejecutivos, simplemente no funcionan. Si lees esto antes de ir ve a otra sucursal mejor, si lees esto en la fila, vete, de todas formas no te van a solucionar.

Pésima atención tanto del Gerente como de las Ejecutivas, me tocó ver que dos clientes le comentaban que tenían 1 hr esperando a pasar a cajas a realizar pagos de tarjetas de credito, y que clientes que llegaron después de ellos ya había pasado y se habían retirado. La Gerente y una Ejecutiva súper corrientes les comenzaron a gritar a los clientes y diciéndoles que se callaran, y expresándose muy mal de ellos en el teléfono. Pésima sucursal.

Servicio de lo más pésimo y lento. En la app dicen que te atienden en 1 minuto pero manipulan la información para hacerse ver bien como sucursal. Te tienen esperando afuera cuando por fin llegas a la puerta te pasan y no te entregan el turno hasta que estás a punto de pasar a ventanilla. Claro el sistema les registra que la atención es buena y expedita pero es muy lejos de la realidad. Después de dos horas decidí retirarme e intentar otro día. Eso le llaman socialmente responsable si la gente está expuesta innecesariamente a covid? Estaba una pobre señora embarazada y recibió la peor atención también.
