★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio a clientes es pésimo, aún habiendo varios ejecutivos sólo uno está atendiendo y empiezan después de las 9 am, cuando el horario de la sucursal dice a partir de las 8:30, deberían de poner atención en ese aspecto.
Customer service is lousy, even though there are several executives, only one is attending and they start after 9 am, when the branch's hours say from 8:30, they should pay attention to that aspect.
