Está sucia, los empleados platican todo el tiempo, los cajeros y practicajas tienen largas filas, en donde el principal problema es la falta de ayuda por parte de los empleados ya que acuden muchas personas de comunidades cercanas, muchas personas que no saben leer y de las cuales muchas no saben utilizarlos correctamente y son expuestas al peligro de estafas constantemente.

La persona que está de guardia de seguridad tal parece que su trabajo no es vigilar sino preguntar que trámite va a realizar uno, si maneja alguna cuenta, no está al pendiente de lo que verdaderamente debe estar, en el tiempo que estuve pude observar que hay personas que ingresan con gorras, hacen uso de teléfono celular y no les dicen nada, además que cuando ya estás a punto de pasar a ventanilla llega alguien y te da turno, yo estuve ahí 1 hora aproximadamente.
Bad service, very slow.
The person who is on security guard seems that his job is not to monitor but to ask what procedure one is going to carry out, if he manages an account, he is not aware of what he really should be, in the time I was there I was able to observe that there are people who enter with hats, use their cell phones and do not say anything to them, besides when you are about to go to the window someone arrives and gives you a turn, I was there for approximately 1 hour.
