★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento su servicio en ventanilla, además que ponen a un policía a atender, cuando debería ser alguien del personal. También deberían de poner cuando esta disponible el servicio en ventanilla, no que hasta que llega uno ve que esta cerrado. Ya van varias veces que voy, y una de dos está cerrado o el servicio al cliente es lento.
Their service at the window is very slow, and they put a policeman to attend, when it should be someone from the staff. They should also put when the service is available at the window, not that until you arrive you see that it is closed. I have been there several times, and one of two is closed or customer service is slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien, solo que el AMBULANTAJE, hace que se vea feo el banco, además que ni dan ganas de ir. Por favor resuelvan esa problemática, que en vez de que se vea atractivo el lugar le quita puntos.
All good, only that the AMBULANTAGE, makes the bank look ugly, plus it doesn't even make you want to go. Please solve this problem, instead of making the place look attractive, it takes points away.
