★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los cajeros: quise cobrar un cheque y depositarlo en mi cuenta pero se negaron a hacerlo, bajo el argumento de que la cantidad era demasiada y me hicieron un cheque de caja; les expliqué que yo tengo cuenta en ese banco y que no veía la necesidad de que me hicieran un cheque pues solo quería depositar. El cajero que me atendió, que no quiso darme su nombre completo y se hizo llamar “Ulises” , argumentó que era necesario hacer el cheque de caja, el cual, por cierto me dijeron que no podía cobrar el mismo día, porque apenas se había liberado. Otros compañeros, en la misma situación, si pudieron cobrar su dinero y depositarlo en su cuenta el mismo día, obviamente en otras sucursales, sin necesidad de que les hicieran un cheque de caja. Espero que BBVA haga algo con la gente que trabaja en la sucursal 3532, es terrible y nefasta.
Bad attention from the cashiers: I wanted to cash a check and deposit it in my account but they refused to do so, arguing that the amount was too much and they wrote me a cashier's check; I explained to them that I have an account at that bank and that I didn't see the need for them to write me a check because I just wanted to deposit. The cashier who attended me, who did not want to give me his full name and called himself "Ulises", argued that it was necessary to make the cashier's check, which, by the way, they told me that I could not collect the same day, because it had barely been released. Other colleagues, in the same situation, if they were able to collect their money and deposit it in their account the same day, obviously in other branches, without having to write a cashier's check. I hope that BBVA will do something with the people who work at branch 3532, it is terrible and disastrous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el estacionamiento aunque selles tu boleto de entrada te piden lo que gustes, en los cajeros automáticos nunca hay orden lo que hace que tengas que hacer una fila muy grande para hacer uso de los mismos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la entrada no respetan tu turno dijital, te hacen formar en la fila para que no respeten tu turno y los atiendan como quieran, no hay orden y no te dan la atención ni información y solo te hacen esperas y dejar al último para que no te den solución

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésima atención de sus empleados en ventanilla. Si llegas barriéndote a la hora que van a cerrar, se inventan las excusas más tontas, como que para cambiar una referencia bancaria tienes que dejar fotocopia del INE, con tal de no trabajar los huevones
