★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumplen con los protocolos sanitarios, atienden rápidamente y no permiten aglomeraciones para que la sucursal mantenga el aforo mínimo. Recomendable por si se requiere hacer un pago referenciado y se anda por el rumbo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente tienen buen servicio. Solo que en los cajeros NO tienen cambio, es difícil cambiar por monedas o billetes de menor denominación. Salen con el pretexto de que hay que pedir con antelación el cambio de monedas.
They generally have good service. Only at ATMs they do NOT have change, it is difficult to change for coins or smaller bills. They leave under the pretext that you have to ask for the change of coins in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es malo, tengo mi identificación en trámite y llevo 2 identificaciónes extra y mi tarjeta y ni aun así quieren dar el servicio. Al menos Banamex si sabe quién eres
The service is bad, I have my ID pending and I have 2 extra IDs and my card and they don't even want to provide the service. At least Banamex if it knows who you are

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es malo, algunas personas de la sucursal no tienen tacto, es una lástima porque de manera tecnológica tienen una buena aplicación pero ir a sus sucursales es una experiencia terrible. Si puedes evitar esta sucursal te lo recomiendo.
The service is bad, some people in the branch have no tact, it is a shame because in a technological way they have a good application but going to their branches is a terrible experience. If you can avoid this branch I recommend it.
