Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, no se disculpan por su falta de atención y no dejan hablar, haciendo a un lado las faltas garrafales que cometen, te dejan afuera haciendo fila si explicación alguna, luego fui a ver y nadamas estaba un cajero trabajando en ventanilla, yo y otros clientes de la fila pedimos que saliera la gerente para que solucionará el problema y nunca salió, incluso los mismos empleados no quisieron dar el nombre de ella, aparte parece que está abandonado ese banco las plantas todas secas y con plaga, pésimo todo, servicio e instalaciones

pesimo servicio, entre la fila y lo que estuve esperando ya adentro de la sucursal perdi mas de una hora, el unico ejecutivo disponible atendio a alguien que llego despues de mi (porque segun solo iban a revisarle unos documentos) tardo mas de 30 minutos con el y al terminar y acercarme yo el ejecutivo me dijo q el no podia atenderme, que tenia q esperar a otro de sus compañeros... DESPUES DE 1 HORA, pregunte si tenian un horario de regreso dado que no habia nadie porque "era hora de comida", no me supieron decir.. total no pude hacer el tramite.

Pésimo servicio, te tienen esperando dos horas para que te atienda un ejecutivo, y se la pasan paseándose por la sucursal en lugar de atender a las personas. No lleguen a esa sucursal, están mal capacitados también, llego una personita sin su capacidad mental bien y no supieron darle el trato para retirar de un cajero, mejor le ayudo un joven que también estaba ahí para retirar.

Hola no vayan a ese banco pésima atención te inventan cosas para no darte un estado de cuenta me dijo el ejecutivo hombre que mi credencial no servía que estaba dada de baja o con reporte solo por que le dije que ocupa a un estado de cuenta para un préstamo en fonacot pues a fuerza quería que sacara el préstamo con ellos no quiero le dije a pues entonces no me dio ni estado de cuenta y me dijo que mi ine estaba inválida cosa super rara conseguí el esta de cuenta en otro lado y no me dio lata mi ine en ningún lugar solo lo invento para no darme el servicio que mal profecionalismo

Esta horrible el servicio . Pase dos horas esperando turno. Y al final no me resolvieron nada. Entiendo que no me podían dar una solución. El problema es que yo les explique mi tema y vi que no me dieron importancia o no me prestaron la atención necesaria ya que si lo hubieran hecho desde un inicio me hubieran evitado la espera de dos horas. Y la verdad estoy muy molesto porque a pesar de que vi que estaban haciendo... nada.. Había dos cubiculos de ejecutivos y uno estaba vacío el otro se tardaba mil horas. Cabe mencionar que cuando llegue no había nadie por delante de mi, solo la persona que ya estaba siendo atendida La gerente no estaba...se tardo como 40 min. Comiendo. Sabiendo que había solo un ejecutivos y ella fue la que me dio la indicación de esperar mi turno. Bien pudo atenderme ella y listo. Me evito la espera de 2 horas. Además que ya estaba esperando y llegaron dos personas que las pasaron antes de mi. Una porque llego toda molesta y la otra porque ya tenia sita previa.... no sabia que se podía sacar citas para evitar las fila..... en fin Pésimo servicio. 0 estrellas y nada recomendado. Si larguen conoce este lugar a la gerente o los ejecutivos, solo díganme que todo es crítica constructiva. En ningún momento fui agresivo o grosero. . Entiendo que no podían ayudarme pero perdí mucho tiempo para nada. Y solo me dijeron que no había nada que hacer Por el tiempo perdido mínimo un esfuerzo por solucionar mi problema esperaba
