★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cuentan con buena tecnologia, practicajas y todo eso, pero ahi en mas no les dan buen mantenimiento y siempre fallan, ademas algun problema que se presente en estas, y tardan mucho en dar solucion, muy mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco que cuenta con buen servicio a mi parecer cuenta con distintas formas de hacer depósitos y retiros a través de Ventanilla o cajeros , el único problema actualmente con la pandemia , las filas son demasiado largas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una sucursal para la region de Paquime, exceso de clientes, hasta 2 horas y media para ser atendido por un cajero y hasta 5 para ser atendido por un asesor.
Los empleados tramitan a discrecion las operaciones bancarias de sus conocidos/familiares.
Mal muy mal servicio
A branch for the Paquime region, excess customers, up to 2 and a half hours to be attended by an ATM and up to 5 to be attended by an adviser.
Employees process the banking operations of their acquaintances / relatives at their discretion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomas tienen 1 fila para todas las personas no ay preferente nomas funcionan 2 o 3 cajas pero muy buen empleados muy atentos les faltan mas nomas muy concurido
They only have 1 row for all people and not preferentially they only work 2 or 3 boxes but very good employees very attentive they lack more just very busy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, control de turno de los clientes y los cajeros son muy prácticos y no se satura por qué son muchos cajeros que aparte en tres de esos cajeros puedes hacer depósitos a cualquier hora del día... Super recomendado para mí es el mejor banco que hay ya sea en linea o en su sucursal... ???
Good service, customer shift control and the ATMs are very practical and it is not saturated because there are many ATMs that apart from three of those ATMs you can make deposits at any time of the day... Super recommended for me it is the best bank that there is either online or in your branch... ???
