★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo jamas avia esperado tanto para el cambio de un cheque, en la sala de espera lo mismo tardas en pasar aun asi no aya gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan una eternidad en atenderte, tal vez sea porque cobran los apoyos de gobierno, pero deberían de tomar acciones para agilizar los trámites y que la espera para acceder a las cajas no sea de más de UNA HORA.
Terrible service, they take forever to assist you, perhaps it is because they collect government support, but they should take actions to streamline the procedures and that the wait to access the boxes is not more than ONE HOUR.

En estos momentos está una señora pidiendo número Para ventanilla y no se lo quieren otorgar y lo pide debido a q no sabe hacer depósitos en el cajero, y la Señorita de la entrada dijo q ella no podía ayudarle, no es la única sucursal a la q ha ido y es la primera en la q se portan así. Hasta a mi q se hacerlo las personas de la Estrada siempre súper amables y me apoyan, no se para q tienen ese tipo de gente trabajando ahí , deberían hacer algo al respecto… es súper molesto q se porten así con la gente q no sabe!
