★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia, traté de abrir una cuenta por la aplicación móvil y me pedían el número de tarjeta, llegué a ésta sucursal y las 2chicas que reciben en la entrada déspotas y no estaban al pendiente de sus propios trámites,fue con un ejecutivo y le dijo que yo tenía cuentas activas, para mandarme a volar a línea Bancomer, hablé y me dijeron "usted no tiene cuentas activas en Bancomer" le dije a esa misma señorita que me auxiliara y puso su cara de enfado y despreciativa, solo quería que viera lo que me estaban diciendo en línea telefónica Bancomer y que su ejecutivo que consultó estaba mal. Total les valió mi atención, ni me resolvieron nada y no esperen que les resultan las cosas se ve que no tienen idea de cómo trabajar en un banco o las políticas de Bancomer, por que ellos me dicen que tengo cuentas activas y en línea Bancomer que no tengo ninguna y nadie me resolvió como sacar una cuenta electrónica por la app móvil.
Horrible experience, I tried to open an account through the mobile application and they asked me for the card number, I arrived at this branch and the 2 girls who received at the entrance despots and were not aware of their own procedures, went with an executive and told him that I had active accounts, to send me flying to the Bancomer line, I spoke and they told me "you don't have active accounts in Bancomer" I told that same lady to help me and she put on her face in anger and contempt, I just wanted her to see what that Bancomer was telling me online and that his executive who consulted was wrong. Total was worth my attention, they did not solve anything for me and do not expect things to happen, they see that they have no idea how to work in a bank or Bancomer's policies, because they tell me that I have active and online Bancomer accounts that I don't have any and nobody solved me how to get an electronic account through the mobile app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, la chica de la entrada haciendo sus jetas de que tenia segun ella mucho trabajo, el tipo de barba de la torre de la entrada igual de payaso, los 2 me mandaban a ventanilla, me imagino q para no atenderme, pesimos esos 2...los de ventanillas bien
