★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La tarjeta de mi mamá de 81 años se retuvo en el cajero. Acudimos a la sucursal de Av. Cruz del Sur y Vazquez Coronado, no pudieron darnos el repuesto porque además del INE necesitaba 2 identificaciones más. Solo tiene INAPAM y el gerente mencionó que “es obligación de todo mexicano, tener pasaporte”… hágame el favor!!!!!! PESIMOS!!!!
Terrible service. My 81-year-old mom's card was held at the ATM. We went to the branch of Av. Cruz del Sur and Vazquez Coronado, they could not give us the spare part because in addition to the INE he needed 2 more identifications. You only have INAPAM and the manager mentioned that "it is the obligation of every Mexican to have a passport" ... do me a favor !!!!!! WE'RE SORRY !!!!
