★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Sucursal es buena, pero regresado 3 veces por el mismo trámite que no me pueden solucionar, para pasar a ventanilla y con ejecutivo tengo que volver a formarme dos veces en lugar de que me den los 2 boletos a la vez (osea que si tengo varios trámites, pierdo todo el día en la sucursal), encima uno tiene que esperar antes de tomar el turno para que no afecte en sus indicadores (supongo), están dos personas atendiendo a los usuarios que llegan y no se dan a basto, no los capacitan para dar soluciones, el tiempo de todos es valioso! Capaciten mejor a sustrabajadores, en especial a Annet García, por favor!
The Branch is good, but I have returned 3 times for the same procedure that they cannot solve for me, to go to the window and with an executive I have to go back to training twice instead of being given 2 tickets at the same time (that is, if I have several procedures, I lose all day at the branch), on top of that one has to wait before taking the turn so that it does not affect their indicators (I suppose), there are two people attending to the users who arrive and they do not give enough, no they train them to provide solutions, everyone's time is valuable! Train your workers better, especially Annet García, please!
