★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal tienen el peor servicio al cliente, nunca más vuelvo a entrar hay, desde que entré la chica que da la bienvenida tenía una actitud muy prepotente con una señora que fue a reportar su tarjeta como robada, espere más de una hora y la ejecutiva que me atendió ya estaba muy estresada, al final resolvió mi problema pero su actitud fue pésima, he ido a otras sucursales y normalmente los empleados tienen muy buena actitud y atención al cliente.

Una muestra su uniformidad y pareciera que no les importa, tienen una actitud incompetente.

La acústica esta mal planeada: lo que le susurras al cajero, lo escuchan las personas que están sentadas esperando turno. Trato de no ocupar este banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que ir, no por gusto si no por necesidad a un trámite de apertura de cuenta para mi mamá y el servicio de empleados es pésimo no te ayudan en nada y me molestó mucho que si no avanzas en descargar la app te saltan y saltan y vuelven a saltar tu lugar y no te respetan cuando te toca tu turno y no fui a formarme diez minutos tarde casi tres horas para ese pequeño trámite y la chica de la entrada groserisíma y el gerente también salta a las personas cuando se quejan y siguen sin respeto al tiempo y turno que te toca, además tienen al personal de limpieza sacando basura de los botes y no les dan equipo de protección personal para está contingencia.
La verdad quedé terriblemente arrepentida de ir a esa sucursal.
