Los ejecutivos se tardan muchisimo tiempo para atender la gente se desespera y mejor opta por retirarse. Deberian tener un mejor trato al cliente idiferencia total!!!!????

Contrariamente a otras filiales aún abiertas, allí atienen con turnos otorgados al hacer cola anticipadamente ya que abren a partir de 08:30am. Hay que hacer cola para ver un ejectivo, otra para ventanilla y otra para cajero! Una vez dentro del banco, le otorgan un número para ver ejecutivo o ventanilla. En caso de abrir cuenta, se debe ver un ejecutivo, fila ubicada a la izquierda de la entrada de la institución bancaria.

Tengo aquí desde las 11 de la mañana, escribo esta reseña a la 1:11, hay personas mayores de edad esperando ser atendidas y el trato por parte de los ejecutivos es deplorable, deja mucho que desea, los dejan sentados mientras se salen de su cubilo y (no es mentira) salen a dar 2 vueltas al banco, me toco que un cliente con una señora en silla de ruedas le preguntara a la ejecutiva que esta en el banquero número 4 que lo mandaron de ventanilla con un ejecutivo que si que procedía porque no le dieron muchas indicaciones y la ejecutiva del banquero número 4 solo le dijo siéntese y ni lo volteo a ver a los ojos, desgraciadamente son tan aarogantes que no se les puede decir ni reclamar nada, no es la primera vez que me pasa y no recomendaré este banco por el simple hecho de su atención al cliente.

Pésimo servicio para pasar con los ejecutivos, había personas muy mayores en la fila y no les dieron prioridad y tienen un tiempo de espera de 2 horas mínimo

Pésimo servicio, mi madre fue a abrir una cuenta de débito ella tiene 66 años y la hicieron esperar 3horas. Cuando pasó con mi hermano no querían dejarlo pasar cuando le explicó que mi mamá no sabía hacer el tramite. Cuando entraron a fuerzas le quería vender un seguro con la cuneta cuando en los términos y políticas ni en Internet lo mencionan, es puro fraude por hacer una venta de otro producto los hicieron perder 4 horas y le negaron la cuenta. No es posible lo déspota que los trataron y encima de todo les negaron el servicio por no querer contratar su seguro cunado no viene en sus políticas ni términos ni condiciones. Cero recomendado, que poca empatía con los adultos mayores. La persona que atendió a mi mamá en tono de burla le dijo que se fuera a la CONDUSEF.

Es la peor sucursal de la ciudad, el servicio por parte de los ejecutivos es pésimo, no conocen la empatía y siempre dejan pasar a los conocidos sin hacer fila. Es la tercera vez que me sucede. Y al parece de nada sirven nuestras reseñas, siguen atendiendo los mismos ejecutivos con las mismas malas actitudes.
It is the worst branch in the city, the service from the executives is terrible, they do not know empathy and they always let acquaintances pass without queuing. Buen servicio pero cobran por cambiarte tus billetes. Me entregaron una bolsa diciendo que eran 500 pesos en monedas y resulta que eran 480 bien escondido y engrapado el número para que no se vea. Cuidado con el dinero que les entregan en esa sucursal.
