Quería hacer unos trámites, cambiar mi nómina y tramitar una cuenta de crédito. Desafortunadamente ya iba a ser el cierre y la señorita de los trámites accesible me atendía,hasta que llegó el gerente y le cuestionó su labor y me corrió de la sucursal. Enserio Bancomer contrata a personas con tan poca ética y respeto a sus empleados y clientes. 15/09/2021 Terrible service from the Manager today on duty, despot, rude. The lady at the entrance was very kind to me. I wanted to do some paperwork, change my payroll and process a credit account. Unfortunately it was already going to be the closing and the lady of the accessible procedures attended me, until the manager arrived and questioned her work and ran me from the branch. Seriously Bancomer hires people with such little ethics and respect for their employees and clients. 09/15/2021

En cuanto para acceder al banco la verdad es toda una eternidad llegas a tardar más de una hora, una vez que entras su atención es excelente, la sucursal de centro comercial galerías las ánimas le gana ya que ahí pasas en cuestión de minutos y ya saliste. Pero en general es buena sucursal. The attention for the ATM area is excellent, you go quickly considering the number of people and if you have doubts about making a payment, the executives will guide you. As far as accessing the bank, the truth is an eternity, it takes more than an hour, once you enter, their attention is excellent, the branch of the galleries las souls shopping center beats it since you pass there in a matter of minutes and you already left . But overall it is a good branch.
