Les recomiendo ir al de plazas sendero, no va mucha gente y te atienden rapido
I went on Friday and they closed 1 hour before they say close and apart from that the guard was very impertinent
I recommend you go to the one of the path squares, not many people go and they attend to you quickly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vale ma... el servicio en las sucursales de Matamoros, más de 50 personas en la fila y solo 2 cajas abiertas, nadie te da información en la fila afuera del banco y había personas haciendo fila para pasar al cajero y era la fila para pasar a ventanillas, pésimo servicio BBVA cambiaremos de banco (Santander, Scotiabank. Banamex, Banorte) a ver quien da mejor servicio
It's not worth it... the service at the Matamoros branches, more than 50 people in line and only 2 open tellers, nobody gives you information in the line outside the bank and there were people lining up to go to the teller and it was the line to go to teller windows, bad service BBVA we will change banks (Santander, Scotiabank, Banamex, Banorte) to see who gives better service
