L	Liliana Cordero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio de esta sucursal, el dia de ayer intente abrir cuenta de nomina y no me dieron el servicio, llegue antes de las 9:00 am, estuve un momento esperando dado que el "caballero" que estaba en la entrada se tardaba DEMACIADO al otorgar turnos, llegado el mio el "caballero" muy prepotente me comenta que ya no habia servicio para el tramite que hiba a realizar. Por desgracia mi nomina la pagan ahí, de no ser por eso, no tendría cuenta con ustedes, deberían de poner más cuidado con la gente que contratan... A	Alberto Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy decepcionado de esta sucursal, BBVA me parecía el mejor de los bancos no te discrimina y te atienden de la forma más respetuosa posible. Este fin acudí a hacer un depósito a mi cuenta y la prácticaja no contabilizo el total. Un empleado me dijo que me iba a ayudar para no realizar el depósito en ventanilla como si fuera tonto y no supiera usar la prácticaja, me pidió el dinero, cuando ingreso el total faltaban 1,500 pesos, cancelo la operación y seguía faltando. Escalo el tema a ventanilla diciendo que el creía que yo no había contado mi dinero, cosa que sí hice y me acerque a decirle que no dijera cosas que yo no había dicho o hecho, se molestó y me pidió que esperara sentado. Ni siquiera fue capaz de comunicarme con el personal de aclaraciones ya que vía telefónica me dijeron que estaba en el menú incorrecto. Tuve que levantar mi aclaración gracias a la asesoría telefónica que me brindaron y en el menú correcto. Me quedo con muy mala impresión de BBVA
