Afortunadamente el personal de la sucursal fue muy amable; especial a mención a la ejecutiva Gabriela (jefa encargada de los cajeros) que llevo la investigación y me reconocieron para la devolución de mi importe hecho. D	Dr. Chi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible que nunca “tengan monedas”. Ya van como veinte ocasiones que quiero ir a cambiar monedas y siempre dicen: “No hay monedas”. No entiendo, ¿entonces quién tiene las monedas? Se supone que como Banco siempre tienes la obligación de poder cambiar monedas, y ellos ni siquiera te reciben. No entiendo cómo un Banco no puede tener monedas. Por ley deben cambiar monedas. Definitivamente merecen ser reportados ante el Banco de Mexico para que les pongan una multa, y dejen de estar diciendo “no hay monedas” a cualquier cliente que necesite monedas para poder trabajar. Aclaro que en el tema de rapidez de ser atendido por las cajas sí son rápidos. Casi nunca espero más de 10 minutos, pero el tema de las monedas de verdad es algo que me molesta mucho. Uno gasta gasolina y tiempo para ir con la esperanza de poder tener monedas para que le digan “no hay monedas”. Viva México, donde no existen monedas. Dan ganas de insultar pero por respeto en GoogleMaps no lo haré. ¡Ojalá surtan monedas para los clientes o se las pueden meter por el… cajero automático! Terrible that they never "have coins." A	Andrea Prado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia las personas cero atentas y encima déspotas me tuvieron 2 días llevando información adicional y si no contrataba un seguro de vida no se podría hacer nada. No lo recomiendo para nada no me dejaron ni poner una queja…. No abran una cuenta aquí. Terrible experience, zero attentive people and despots on top of that, they kept me for 2 days taking additional information and if I didn't take out life insurance nothing could be done. I do not recommend it at all they did not even let me make a complaint…. Do not open an account here.
