Good attention are fast and friendly there is a person attending to those who go to the cashier in case there are elderly people or do not know how to use the cashier and another to see what process you are going to do and review your documents very well for them

Terrible attention, what is the use of taking the shift online if you arrive anyway and they give you an appointment again and you have to wait almost an hour for a procedure and they don't even pay attention to you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve más de 1 hora haciendo fila para ejecutivo, cuando por fin ingresé me tuvieron más de 40 minutos esperando porque sorprendentemente sólo un ejecutivo estaba atendiendo. Lamentable que sean tan poco profesionales y que no tengan consciencia de la cantidad de personas que se atienden en la sucursal.
Terrible service, I spent more than 1 hour queuing for an executive, when I finally entered they had me waiting for more than 40 minutes because surprisingly only one executive was attending. It is unfortunate that they are so unprofessional and that they are not aware of the number of people who are served at the branch.
