★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisima atencion al cliente. Y ni que decir si intentas hacer una llamada. Hoy llevo 2 horas tratando de comunicarme y al transferirme a la extension NADIE atiende y asi hasta q se corta la llamada.
Very bad customer service. And it goes without saying if you try to make a call. Today I have been trying to communicate for 2 hours and when I transfer to the extension NO ONE answers and so on until the call is cut.

The online shift service is terrible because for more insistence it does not give me the turn, it just says try again.

Por un tramite de canje de plastico de debito no reconocen credencial de elector y piden pasaporte y licencia para una persona de tercera edad que no viaja fuera del pais y no maneja. Ahora hay que pagar uno de esos documentos para que le den el plastico y pueda disponer del dinero
Terrible service and attention. For a plastic debit exchange process, they do not recognize a voter's credential and ask for a passport and license for an elderly person who does not travel outside the country and does not drive. Now you have to pay for one of those documents so that they give you the plastic and you can have the money
