★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, aun en días de quincena, de 5 ventanillas solo tienen abiertas 2 o 3 y si no eres cliente de ese banco aun te van a hacer esperar más, no hay turnos, tienes que hacer cola y estar parado el tiempo hasta que te toque pasar
Poor service, even on fortnight days, 5 windows only have 2 or 3 open and if you are not a customer of that bank they will still make you wait longer, there are no shifts, you have to queue and stand the time until you touch pass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con el ejecutivo de nombre Luis, es un tipo sin ética y escrúpulos con tal de darme la aplicación de Bancomer móvil. Me cambio de domicilio sin consentimiento y hoy día tengo problemas con hacienda federal, HDP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corregí mi opinión. Cambió de ubicación al parque central, solo que esta muy oculto por la disposicion de no mostrar anuncios luminosos o salientes por ser pueblo mágico.
BBVA solo tiene que actualizar la ubicacion en su seccion de sucursales. Muy buen servicio. Cajeros suficientes y con aire acondicionado.
I corrected my opinion. It changed its location to the central park, only that it is very hidden by the disposition of not showing luminous or outgoing announcements because it is a magical town.
BBVA only has to update the location in its branch section. Very good service. ATMs sufficient and with air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tu intención es que te atienda un ejecutivo, olvida anotarte en la lista que suelen poner porque nadie la respeta, lo digo por la mala experiencia. Ve directo a buscarlos para que te respeten "la fila". La señora de cabello corto y lentes trata muy mal a las personas humildes, y al parecer las considera inferiores.
If your intention is to be attended by an executive, forget to sign up in the list that they usually put because nobody respects it, I say it because of the bad experience. Go straight to look for them so that they respect you "the row". The lady with short hair and glasses treats humble people very badly, and apparently considers them inferior.
