★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la caja a depositar diferentes montos y me dijeron que no se podía que mejor lo hiciera en la practicaba entonces para que contratan personas si no van a servir de nada no lo hago por gusto depositar en caja de banco es por mi seguridas no sirven de nada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esa sucursal me negaron una vez la entrega de mis tarjetas, me mandaron a casa por los documentos que previamente habían dicho que no eran validos (y por eso me esperé a que el INE me diera una reimpresión de mi Credencial). Estuvieron a nada de negarme por segunda vez en un día mis tarjetas y hasta que no armé un alboroto me atendieron bien la ejecutiva del módulo 5, la ejecutiva del 3 y la cajera 1.
En estos días me he presentado con mis amplificadores auditivos pues tengo una discapacidad media y siento que por mi condición se burlaron de mi en especial la jefa de cajeros, el cajero 7 y los dos 'hombres' (si se les puede llamar así) que reparten las fichas.
A mi esposa le entregaron la tarjeta hace tiempo una reposición de sus tarjetas con solo presentar la hoja del INE y en menos de 5 minutos se la dieron. A mi me hicieron batallar más de 2 Horas y media entre que me negaron la tarjeta, me enviaron por más papeles y casi me vuelven a negar las tarjetas. Mi esposa y mi hija esperando tanto tiempo afuera de la sucursal.
¡Esta es la peor humillación hacia mi persona y mi familia, de mi parte buscaré llevar ésto a una instancia superior!
In that branch they once denied me the delivery of my cards, they sent me home for the documents that they had previously said were not valid (and that is why I waited for the INE to give me a reprint of my Credential). They came close to denying me my cards for the second time in a day and until I made a fuss, the executive of module 5, the executive of 3 and the cashier 1 took good care of me.
In these days I have presented myself with my hearing amplifiers because I have a medium disability and I feel that because of my condition they made fun of me, especially the cashier manager, cashier 7 and the two 'men' (if you can call them that) who they distribute the chips.
My wife was given the card a long time ago a replacement of her cards just by presenting the INE sheet and in less than 5 minutes they gave it to her. They made me struggle for more than 2 and a half hours between the time they denied me the card, they sent me for more papers and they almost denied me the cards again. My wife and daughter waiting so long outside the branch.
This is the worst humiliation towards my person and my family, on my part I will seek to take this to a higher level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien servicio en comparación de otros bancos de Bancomer , personal muy amable y atento .Si vas de paso por AGUASCALIENTES te lo recomiendo ya que está en una avenida al sur .
Good service compared to other Bancomer banks, very friendly and attentive staff. If you are passing through AGUASCALIENTES I recommend it as it is on a south avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy cómodo utilizar sus cajeros automáticos tanto para retirar como para depositar; llega a ahorrar tiempo y no es necesario hacer las filas para caja.
El menú de los cajeros es intuitivo aunque llega a ser un poco lento y manipular la pantalla complicado porque a veces no reconoce adecuadamente donde presionas.
It is very convenient to use their ATMs both to withdraw and to deposit; it saves time and there is no need to queue for checkout.
The ATM menu is intuitive although it becomes a bit slow and manipulating the screen complicated because sometimes it does not recognize properly where you press.
