En este tiempo de contingencia el servicio debería ser aún más rápido y es todo lo contrario, mas de 2.5 horas para que te atienda un ejecutivo habiendo solo 10 personas delante! Y ni hablar para los que van a caja, malo. Mejoren el servicio

Pésimo servicio, dos horas formada, mucha mala organización, pasan a sus conocidos, se aglomero la gente. No son claros con la información, los empleados se ponen de malas y su atención es de mala gana.

La atención que brinda es lenta y el espacio es insuficiente, esta sucursal tiene filas larguísimas y lleva igual desde hace mucho tiempo. En pandemia se veían igualmente filas interminables sin distancia ni un espacio adecuado para la espera. Las filas, haya pandemia o no, son sobre la banqueta de la avenida principal del municipio y por tanto no se puede caminar por ahí. Se nota el descuido de la sucursal en seguida con la mala organización y la poca inversión que BBVA ha hecho en sus instalaciones durante muchísimos años. Es lamentable que siendo un banco tan grande abandone sus sucursales en provincia.

The lines, whether there is a pandemic or not, are on the sidewalk of the main avenue of the municipality and therefore you cannot walk there. The neglect of the branch is immediately noticeable with the poor organization and little investment that BBVA has made in its facilities for many years. It is unfortunate that being such a large bank it abandons its branches in the province.

Horrible pésimo servicio, 4 horas formado y no respetan las filas, no respetan la sana distancia

pésimo servicio. sin mentir estuve formado 5 hrs para pasar con la ejecutiva. ya que pase el trato por parte de ella fue bueno. pero todo lo demás,terrible!! no respetan los turnos ni mucho menos la sana distancia. ?
