La sucursal es bastante amplia para la atención de gran cantidad de gente aunque lo triste es que muchas veces no encuentras a las personas clave con quien hablar: Ejecutivo PyME, Director, ni se reportan con uno. No hay tampoco fila especial para personas de la 3ra edad ni discapacitados. Mira que para estas personas esperar una hora es una verdadera tortura. Las personas que estan a la entrada no te saben asesorar y te roban los datos de la tarjeta para hacerte cargos, al pasar el plastico por la maquina que te imprime los comprobantes para pasar a pagar a las cajas. EN otros BBVA me han tratado muy bien, pero en este, de plano han hecho que cierre mis cuentas en su banco y me cambie a otro. The worst bank in Morelia.
