Fuí a hacer un deposito y como no era superior a $10,000 me indicaron que tenia que hacerlo en los cajeros automaticos, pero la fila era enorme y en las cajas no habia ninguna persona!!
En otra ocasión nos negaron pagar un cheque porque la tinta se veia morada, donde dice que los cheques solo se pagaran con tinta negra?
Fuí a la sucursal de BBVA vista hermosa y sin problema nos cambiaron el cheque y tampoco ponen restricciones a los depositos
Que falta de criterio tiene el gerente de esta sucursal, lo siento por BBVA
