Muy mal servicio estoy desde las 10am esperando pasar para executivo, para abrir una cuenta me atiendo Paulina Villanueva! Una persona muy pedante q la da preferencia a quien ella quiere! Pasa alas personas de atrás y a uno que viene a abrir cuenta lo dejan al último! Todavía que uno viene a poner su dinero aquí lo tratan así! Que desilusión de banco!?

Acudimos a abrir una cuenta para alguien de 18 años presento su cartilla militar y su licencia de conducir, y el gerente un tal Luis Sánchez no quiso hacer la apertura de la cuenta a pesar que en la página de BBVA claramente señala que con la Cartilla militar es suficiente... Perdida de tiempo y mal rato..?

Pésimo servicio, de todas las sucursales a las que e ido es la peor son muy lentos mal organizados des de los que están en la entrada asta los ejecutivos de echo los dos ejecutivos que están hay te atienden como si fueras al seguro muy prepotentes y te atienden como si los tuvieran trabajando a fuerza no tienen la actitud para estar hay se supone que estan ayudarte solo fuy hay por que la sucursal de el centro de tómala tenía mucha gente y hay estaba solo pero ahora comprendo por que que mala experiencia pero espero jamas tener que volver a esa sucursal y les pongo una estrella solo por que no se puede menos mal mal les pongo una x deberían de cambiar de personal
