Del lado izquierdo de la entrada "Ventanilla (todas sus operaciones) y Ejecutivo", del lado derecho "Cajeros y Practicaja" y uno en medio con letras mayúsculas "ÚNICAMENTE 2 FILAS, NO HAY 3, NI SE FORME NI PIERDA O HAGA PERFER SU TIEMPO, NO SE META" Digo, no es difícil entender eso pero la gente ni lee y nada más le gusta hacer terceras filas y meterse haciendo los desentendidos y es bastante irritante. Would it be so difficult to put 3 simple signs? A	Adrian Meza Cano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde el ingreso, el día de ayer acudí a esta institución bancaria para solicitar la apertura de una cunta para el pago de mi nómina, en la entrada se encontraba un joven asignando turno, el me atendió de manera déspota, altanera y sin conocimiento sobre las actividades bancarias... Solicite apertura de cuenta para el pago de nómina y este personaje me dice que con cuanto dinero iba a aperturar dicha cuenta... Este tipo de atención no corresponde, es una verdadera falta de respeto para el cliente y más si es nuevo... Deberían sensibilizar a su personal. Imagínense cuantas cuentas-clientes han perdido por personas como estas que asignar turnos de operación al entrar a la sucursal bancaria... Afortunadamente City Banamex que se encuentra a aun lado me atendió de excelente manera desde la entrada.....
