★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para obtener turno está la opción "Olvidé mi tarjeta" Pero los empleados nunca dejan elegir esta opción, ¿Entonces para qué la tienen?, los cajeros se la pasan platicando en vez de atender a los clientes.
 Terrible service, to get a turn there is the option "I forgot my card" But the employees never let you choose this option, so why do they have it? The tellers spend it talking instead of serving customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio los agentes pasan a personas sin respetar los turnos el Ejecutivo miguel Guzmán cordero pasa a personas que no tienen turno que por su conveniencia los hace pasar más rápido y pienso que no es justo por que entonces para que uno toma un turno y su sienta a esperar más de una hora si al final van a pasar a quien les conviene...
Very bad service the agents pass to people without respecting the shifts the Executive miguel Guzmán cordero passes to people who do not have a shift that for their convenience makes them pass faster and I think it is not fair because then for one to take a turn and his sit down to wait more than an hour if in the end they will pass whoever suits them ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados BBVA. No han aprendido de sus errores regrese a la misma sucursal para hacer un depósito a mi cuenta con monedas y me volvieron hacer lo mismo me ponen cara y ahora hasta me mandan a dirección para que me puedan recibir el depósito.
Que gente tan floja piensan que por contar monedas sé les va el mundo señores la máquina que cuenta monedas está a 3 pasos de su caja pónganse a trabajar la peor sucursal lo malo es que te mandan la frase aprendemos de nuestros errores pues ya ven que no.....
BBVA employees. They have not learned from their mistakes I returned to the same branch to make a deposit to my account with coins and they did the same to me again and now they even send me to the address so they can receive the deposit.
That so lazy people think that by counting coins I know they are going the world gentlemen the machine that counts coins is 3 steps away from their box, put to work the worst branch, the bad thing is that they send you the phrase we learn from our mistakes because they already see that no .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio realize un trámite hace 4 días quedaron de llamarme a las 24 hrs.para darme el estatus de dicho trámite, y hasta el día de hoy sigo esperando la llamada de la "ejecutiva" que me atendió.... Traten de hacer algo al respecto ya que es un banco con un trato al cliente nefasto...puse una estrella pero ni eso merece el servicio!?
Terrible service I did a procedure 4 days ago they were to call me at 24 hours to give me the status of said procedure, and to this day I am still waiting for the call from the "executive" who attended me .... Try to do something In this regard since it is a bank with a disastrous customer treatment ... I put a star but not even that deserves the service! ?
