★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos no te ayudan en nada, te complican más cualquier situación que presentes. Tuve que acudir a Condusef para que me resolvieran favorablemente una aclaración.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a hacer algún trámite te recomiendo ir a otra sucursal más grande (como Cuautitlán).
Los ejecutivos de este banco son abusivos e inventan reglas que no existen, con el fin de venderte cosas que no necesitas.
Ellos quienes deberían poder ayudarte son los primeros que buscan tomar ventaja de tu situacion.
En si el banco no es malo, es el personal que atiende esa sucursal quien le da mala imagen.
De verdad vayan a otra sucursal para evitar un mal sabor de boca.
If you are going to do some paperwork I recommend you go to another larger branch (such as Cuautitlán).
The executives of this bank are abusive and invent rules that do not exist, in order to sell you things you do not need.
They who should be able to help you are the first ones looking to take advantage of your situation.
In case the bank is not bad, it is the staff that serves that branch who gives it a bad image.
Really go to another branch to avoid a bad taste in your mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para una apertura de cuenta su portera me hizo formar media hora y después otra hora para hacer fila con los que realmente iban a aperturar cuenta. La señora siempre tuvo una actitud déspota y grosera, no me dio la información correcta. Al llegar con el ejecutivo muy amable me dijo que no tenia que hacer fila ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, la persona que entrega los turnos para ventanillas hace todo lo posible porque no pases al banco y te manda a practicaja aunque claramente le expliques que no puedes hacer tu trámite ahí. Tratan muy mal a las personas de la tercera edad.
