★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odio este banco un sistema extraño de cajas y para ver funcionarios ademas de que nunca funciona bien y por mas poca gente que haya esperas demasiado.
I hate this bank a strange system of boxes and to see officials besides that it never works well and no matter how few people there are, you wait too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio dos personas llegaron sin turno y fueron atendidas y dos personas mas llegaron después y las pasaron por ser clientes preferencial al hacer el gerente se lavo las manos, tienen servicio pinchurienro mal servicio lo peor que hay una hora y no fuimos atendidos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no respetan el orden de llegada de las personas, los ejecutivos pasan a discreción a sus conocidos y dejan esperando horas a los demás clientes.. Poco personal y muy mal capacitados.
Terrible service, they do not respect the order of arrival of the people, the executives pass at their discretion to their acquaintances and leave other clients waiting for hours. Little staff and very poorly trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio; no puedo acudir a la sucursal porque hay enormes filas, soy de la población vulnerable ( más de 60 ) y mi banco no me apoya, debo renovar una cuenta de mi inversion el 08 de mayo y no veo como hacerlo; servicio de asistencia telefónica nefasta, me largo.
Terrible service; I can not go to the branch because there are huge lines, I am from the vulnerable population (more than 60) and my bank does not support me, I must renew an account of my investment on May 8 and I do not see how to do it; Nefarious telephone support service, I'm long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco bueno pero al acudir a esta sucursal para contratar un servicio el cual no me brindaron la atención necesaria diciendo que solo se puede hacer la contratación en línea, cuando cuando la página me dice que puedo ir acudir a cualquier sucursal para contratar, solo me dejaron esperando en la puerta sin poder hablar con algún ejecutivo.
It is a good bank but when I went to this branch to contract a service which did not give me the necessary attention saying that you can only do the hiring online, when when the page tells me that I can go to any branch to contract, I just They left me waiting at the door without being able to speak to any executive.
