Quiero hacer una aclaración de una practicaja porque al hacer un pago me envié el recibo de pago a mi correo y nunca me llegó, pero cuando llamo al banco me pide el número de la practicaja, pero no sé qué número es. El pago lo hice el día de ayer miércoles 9 de Junio y quiero saber como puedo hacer esa aclaración.
I want to clarify a practice because when I made a payment I sent the payment receipt to my email and it never arrived, but when I call the bank they ask me for the number of the practice, but I don't know what number it is. I made the payment yesterday, Wednesday June 9, and I want to know how I can make that clarification.

Called ahead to Mexico City the night before and was able to get a replacement debit card here within 5 minutes. Great service!

Went into bank with all documents needed to open account as a resident with temporary card. It was 1:15. 3 bankers, 2 ahead of me, took an hour and 15 minutes. The Directora had a nasty attitude and disappeared with my passport for 10 minutes. Upon returning she made me move to next banker who was at lunch, named Elena. Apparently she is 'the one' who helps estrajenos (foreigners) and SUPPOSEDLY spoke English. I speak fluent Spanish, but there were terms she used I didn't know, and explained in Spanish what they meant. After everything was entered, guess what she demanded? My SS#! Excuse me, that isn't a requirement ANYWHERE! I suspect the Directora went to tell Elena to get my SS# as it appears there are HUGE SECURITY ISSUES IN THIS BRANCH! Beware! Elena told me to come back the next day or she couldn't open an account. Upon exiting, I told the guy at front door she demanded my SS# and he said that wasn't correct. So, I left after 2.5 freaking hours. Later, I got on BBVA.Mx FB and reported her. I was told to go to another branch, but found out the Ajijic branch is closed. There aren't any in my area, but the Chapala branch! As for ATM's here, don't forget to push to return card!

ATM is in service 24 hours a day, 365 days a week. The bank is open Monday through Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. We have always had friendly workers. A few speak some English. They are patient with my broken Spanish. Things take longer to get done here than in Canada but that is normal. A lot of times you need to go in more than once. We have had to explain what happened to a new worker and then they go about it in a different way.

SI NO ERES CLIENTE "CHINGATE", LLEGUE A ESTE LOCAL CON LA INTENSION DE ABRIR UNA CUENTA Y SI NO TIENES PALANCAS TE IGNORAN. ASI NO ES COMO TRATAR A FUTUROS CLIENTES. IF YOU'RE NOT A CUSTOMER "SCREW YOUR SELF". I WENT TO THIS BRANCH TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT AND AFTER WAITING FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR, I NOTICED THEY HELPED THEIR REGULARS ONLY. THAT'S NOT HOW YOU SHOULD TREAT A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.
