★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio fui a tramitar mi tarjeta de nomina y el personal solo me indico que debia tener la aplicacion del banco en mi celular y aparte que llevara datos para realizar el tramite ya que el banco no me puede dar acceso al wifi, al siguiente dia me presento y el tramite de mi tarjeta tampoco se pudo realizar porque segun no se podia hacer en mi celular y me indico el personal que en mi casa yo llenara la solicitud y que me presentara otro dia para terminar el tramite . y me extraña de este banco que el agente de ventas nunca haya capturado ninguna informacion de mi INE, o de la carta de mi trabajo para entregarme la tarjeta de nomina todo lo querian hacer sobre mi movil. pesonal poco capacitado para laboral en la institucion. gracias
Pity service I went to process my payroll card and the staff only indicated that I should have the application of the bank on my cell phone and besides that it will take data to perform the procedure since the bank can not give me access to Wi-Fi, the next day I I present and the processing of my card could not be done because as it could not be done on my cell phone and I indicated the staff that in my house I filled out the application and that I presented another day to finish the procedure. and I am surprised at this bank that the sales agent has never captured any information from my INE, or from my work letter to give me the payroll card all they wanted to do on my mobile. pesonal poorly trained for work in the institution. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros en ocasiones no están disponibles sobre todo las prácticas que seguido les tienen que dar mantenimiento.. el personal es amable.. y no se tiene que hacer fila por lo general para los cajeros..
The ATMs are sometimes not available, especially the practices that often have to maintain them .. the staff is friendly .. and there is usually no queue for the ATMs ..
