★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lastima que aunque el personal que te recive hace muy bien su trabajo, los ejecutivos (gente de escritorio) despues de estar por mas de 40 min en sala de espera no tengan la amabilidad si quiera de salir a decirte por lo menos que te van a atender en X cantidad de tiempo, puedes estar sentado ahi por una hr y nadie auque sea por atencion te dice nada, yo estuve ahi, solo habia una persona atendiendo, los demas al parecer estaban desayunando pues en ese momento entro alguien a dejarles comida. uno aguanta pues los necesita, que haces?
It hurts that although the staff who receive you do their job very well, the executives (desk people) after being in the waiting room for more than 40 minutes are not even kind enough to go out and tell you at least that they are going to attend in X amount of time, you can be sitting there for an hour and nobody even if it is for attention tells you anything, I was there, there was only one person attending, the others apparently were having breakfast because at that moment someone came in to leave them food. one holds because you need them, what do you do?
