★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este local de BBVA tienen tiempos de espera extremadamente largos, ya sea por algo complicado o sumamente simple. También a la hora de que te toque el servicio me llego a atender personal realmente incompetente. El gerente o director que maneja la oficina empezó se negó en darme servicio cuando yo fui a reactivar mi cuenta, con la excusa de que no tengo los documentos necesarios para identificarte, pero a la hora de yo pedir la lista de tales documentos necesarios resulta que ellos no pueden imprimir o dar ningun servicio. Este personal me dirigio a que yo haga la investigación para dichos documentos necesarios para activar mi cuenta que lleva congelada, cuando su trabajo es precisamente eso.
Es una pena que el personal de esta sucursal sea tan malo ya que nunca tuve ningún problema yendo a las otras localidades de BBVA, tuve que perder tiempo de mi dia de trabajo viniendo aquí para no lograr nada y salir con corajes. Recomiendo ir a cualquier otra sucursal ya que en la de no se puede hacer nada al parecer, uno solo se encuentra con personal prepotente y no capacitado.
They have extremely long waiting times at this BBVA location, either because of something complicated or extremely simple. Also when it comes to service, I get to attend to really incompetent staff. The manager or director who manages the office began to refuse to give me service when I went to reactivate my account, with the excuse that I do not have the necessary documents to identify you, but when I ask for the list of such necessary documents, it turns out that they cannot print or provide any service. This staff directed me to do the research for said documents necessary to activate my account that has been frozen, when their work is precisely that.
It is a shame that the staff at this branch are so bad since I never had any problem going to the other BBVA locations, I had to waste time from my work day coming here to achieve nothing and leave with courage. I recommend going to any other branch since apparently nothing can be done in the one, one only comes across arrogant and untrained staff.
