Nunca tienen gente y aún así tardan en atenderte 2 hrs. Si eres cliente nuevo te bloquearán la tarjeta por motivos de “seguridad” Ni siquiera pasan los turnos como van en pantalla. Pésimo BANCOMER

Nunca hay gente pero tardan en atenderte horas. No pasan los turnos como señal debe y no le dan valor a tu dinero. Vales menos si tienes menos en tu cuenta. Y si tienes una cuenta nueva la bloquean por ser nueva pero te dicen que “por seguridad” PÉSIMO
There are never people but they take hours to attend you. Shifts do not pass as a signal should and do not value your money. You are worth less if you have less in your account. And if you have a new account they block it because it is new but they tell you that “for security” LOVELY

Hay estacionamiento pero cobran vacío pero por pandemia no dejan pasar mucha gente y si va a pasar con ejecutivo vengan con tiempo en todas las sucursales de BBVA

El personal está pésimamente capacitado, me han hecho venir 3 veces a la sucursal porque todos dan información diferente.

Pésima atención! Más de 45 minutos en poder pasar a ventanilla! Se entiende que ay contingencia pero no es posible tanto tiempo para que cada 45 minutos dejen pasar solo a dos personas!

Abrí una cuenta con un cheque de otro banco el 2 de diciembre y es la fecha en que “POR SEGURIDAD NO SE HA LIBERADO” Nadie da respuesta ni solución.
